| Prof. Hao LuXinjiang University Prof. Hao Lu is an active researcher with an international reputation in the fields of new energy storage and low-carbon energy systems. His expertise encompasses new energy storage, multi-energy complementary low-carbon operation, coal-fired power generation, and CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage). He received his bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University and his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, and conducted postdoctoral research at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Nottingham, UK. He currently serves as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the College and Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center of Northwest Energy Carbon Neutrality, Ministry of Education, and holds multiple concurrent positions including membership in the Hydrogen Energy Alliance, technical committees of engineering centers, and academic committees of universities, as well as being a review expert for the National Science and Technology Expert Database. He has led over 50 projects including national talent programs, the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and various industry collaborative projects, published more than 200 papers with over 100 indexed in SCI and numerous highly cited and Q1 publications, holds over 30 authorized patents, and has authored two monographs on carbon neutrality. He is a recipient of the National Young Talent Program, the Xinjiang Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and a Stanford Top 2% Most Cited Scientist globally, serves on the editorial boards of several Chinese and international journals, leads the organization of multiple international academic conferences, and has received multiple industry technology awards from organizations including the State Grid Corporation of China and the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. |
| Prof. Yuanhao WangShenzhen Polytechnic University Prof. Yuanhao Wang is an adjunct professor at the Hoffman Institute of Advanced Materials at Shenzhen Polytechnic, a recipient of the Special Government Allowance, a winner of the Fujian "May Fourth Youth" Medal, and a team leader of Shenzhen's "Peacock Plan". His research focuses on the fundamental study and industrial translation of micro/nanomaterials in green building, resource recycling and utilization, and new energy materials and devices. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed journal papers in leading international journals including Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Electron. Mater., Nano Energy, and Appl. Catal. B, including 55 first-author/corresponding-author papers in JCR Q1 journals (15 of which have IF ≥ 10), with an h-index of 34, and serves as a reviewer for multiple international journals. He has led more than 20 national, Guangdong, and Hong Kong research projects with a total funding of over 50 million yuan. He has developed a series of products such as indoor environmental disinfection materials based on self-doped black titanium dioxide, transparent thermal insulation coatings for building facades, preparation processes for frameless fully tempered vacuum glass, water-applicable stone protectants, self-cleaning coatings for photovoltaic modules, and flexible high-temperature-resistant fireproof fabrics. He has received 5 gold awards at international invention exhibitions, holds over 40 authorized patents, and has achieved more than 80 million yuan in benefits from patent transformation. |
| Prof. Neng LiWuhan University of Technology Prof. Neng Li is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Wuhan University of Technology, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), and a Fellow of the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM Fellow). He has received funding from the Ministry of Education's Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation for Young Teachers and the Outstanding Youth Fund of Hubei Province. From 2022 to 2024, he has won 7 science and technology awards, including the First Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of the Basic Research Award from the China Building Materials Federation, and the Second Prize of the Guangdong Natural Science Award. He has been continuously selected as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher from 2020 to 2024. He has published over 350 SCI-indexed journal papers in journals including Nature Commun., Chem. Soc. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., and ACS Nano, with more than 50 ESI highly cited papers, over 25,000 citations, and an h-index of 86 (Google Scholar). He currently serves as an editorial board member or youth editorial board member for several high-level SCI journals such as Mater. Horiz. and Nano-Micro Letters, Deputy Director of the Expert Committee on Materials and Devices of China, and Deputy Director of the Youth Committee of the Solid Waste Division of the Chinese Ceramic Society. He has been invited to give lectures at prestigious academic institutions including the University of Cambridge and Monash University. |
